Empowering citizens to utilise information and hold governments to account ? video

Speaking at the Open Government Partnership 2013, trust executive of the Indigo Trust Loren Treisman says transparency is about 'bringing government, civil society and everyday citizens closer together'. She adds that the public should be able to access information in an accessible and meaningful format so they can use it to hold governments to account.
